Embodied Intelligence is a movement practice that explores the body as a source of perception, relation, and physical knowledge.

Through improvisation and guided tasks, movers develop awareness of how movement is shaped by space, rhythm, breath, sensation, and interaction with others.

At the core of the practice lies the understanding that the body extends beyond the skin. Movement emerges through a continuous exchange between internal experience and the surrounding environment, where architecture, atmosphere, sound, gravity, and the presence of others actively shape physical decision-making.

Three interconnected pillars

Direction
Influences intention and attention in the body
Rhythm
Shapes timing and energy through the practice
Spatial perception
Expands awareness of environment and others

Through this research, movers develop versatility, presence, and the ability to respond to changing conditions. The practice offers tools for translating ideas, sensations, and concepts into physical experience, allowing movement to emerge from both the body and the wider field in which it exists.

Rooted in my experience as a performer, choreographer, and teacher, Embodied Intelligence forms the foundation of my artistic and pedagogical work. It informs professional training, workshops, and choreographic research, creating a space where physical exploration, curiosity, and awareness continuously evolve through practice.
