Embodied Intelligence<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Embodied Intelligence<\/em> is a movement practice I developed to connect physical precision with intuition, awareness, and creativity. It treats the body not only as an instrument of expression, but also as a form of knowledge \u2014 a way of thinking, questioning, and communicating through movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Embodied Intelligence<\/em>, participants are guided to explore the relationship between body, space, and others. Each session combines structured physical training with open-ended exploration, encouraging dancers to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Refine technique and precision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deepen awareness of rhythm, direction, and flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Trust intuition and improvisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Expand the dialogue between individuality and collective movement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    This practice is rooted in my background as a performer and choreographer, but it continues to grow in the studio with every group I teach. It is not a fixed method, but a living process that adapts to the people, space, and moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Connection to my work:<\/strong>
    Embodied Intelligence<\/em> forms the foundation of my teaching and influences my choreographic research. It is the base of my professional training classes (Profitraining) as well as workshops for non-professionals. The practice creates a space where curiosity, sensitivity, and strength grow side by side, and where dance becomes a way to understand both ourselves and the communities we move within.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
